Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 22, 2026

This policy supplements our Privacy Policyand applies to "consumer health data" as defined by Washington's My Health My Data Act, Nevada's SB 370, and similar laws — for residents of those states. In an intake conversation about a legal matter, you may choose to share health-related information (for example, injuries, diagnoses, treatments, or medications relevant to a claim). This page explains how that information is handled.

Categories of consumer health data collected

Health conditions, injuries, symptoms, diagnoses, treatments, medications, and healthcare providers that you choose to describe during an intake call or message exchange; transcripts and recordings containing those statements. We do not collect biometric data for identification, precise geolocation for health purposes, or reproductive-health data categories except as you volunteer them in describing your matter.

Sources and specific uses

The sole source is you — what you say or type during intake. The data is used only to: (1) document your inquiry for the law firm you asked to contact you; (2) let that firm's licensed attorneys evaluate your matter; (3) schedule consultations and send documents you request; and (4) maintain compliance and audit records. It is notused for advertising, and it is not sold. We process this data as the firm's service provider at its direction.

Who it is shared with

  • The law firm handling your inquiry — that is the purpose of the service.
  • Service providers (processor categories): cloud hosting; telephony carriers; speech-to-text and AI processing (business-tier, no-training configuration); e-signature; scheduling. A current subprocessor list is available at compensable.live/subprocessors.
  • Affiliates: none. Compensable does not share consumer health data with any affiliate.
  • Authorities only when legally required, with notice to the responsible firm so protections (including privilege) can be asserted.

Consent and withdrawal

Health details are collected only when you volunteer them after the call's opening disclosures. You may decline to share any detail and still request a consultation. You may withdraw consent and request deletion at any time: tell the assistant or the firm, reply STOP to any text, or email privacy@compensable.live. We honor withdrawal within the time required by law and direct firm-held-data requests to the responsible firm with our assistance.

Your rights

Washington and Nevada residents may: confirm whether consumer health data is collected; access it, including a list of third parties and affiliates it was shared with; withdraw consent; and have it deleted. Submit requests to privacy@compensable.live (we will route firm-controlled data requests to the responsible firm) — we will respond within the statutory period, and you may appeal a refusal by replying to our response, with further recourse to your state Attorney General.
