Omnichannel follow-up
One conversation, across every follow-up.
Voice, SMS, email, and WhatsApp carry one conversation. Voicemail drops carry approved language. Every channel answers to the same rules.
day 0 · call · document request explained
day 2 · sms · doc-upload link
day 4 · voicemail drop · HELD by quiet hours · Tex. Bus. & Com. §301.051
voicemail drop → resumed inside allowed window
day 6 · email · final document reminder
Sample sequence shown.
How it works
The channel changes. The record and The Floor do not.
Voice, SMS, email, and WhatsApp share one case context, so each reply continues the work already done — whichever channel the claimant answers on.
voice → caller explains missing release
sms → secure link sent in same conversation
email → reply attached to same case sheet
whatsapp → reply joins the same conversation
Voicemail drops use pre-approved scripts only. An automatic script check blocks any script missing your organization's identification, a callback number, or opt-out language before it can be used.
pre-approved script → received
caller identity → present
callback number → missing · BLOCKED
opt-out language → present
One suppression list governs outreach. A STOP reply suppresses voice, SMS, email, and voicemail together, immediately, with no re-enrollment path around the record.
Quiet hours and frequency caps apply across channels combined, not as separate allowances per channel. That is The Standard §4 in product behavior.
inbound sms → STOP
voice · sms · email · voicemail → suppressed
pending calls and texts → cancelled immediately
re-enrollment path → none
Send and receive on your own email addresses. Replies stay on the conversation, and one-click unsubscribe stops your email immediately.
from → your own address
reply → attached to conversation
one-click unsubscribe → received
your email stopped immediately
Governed sequences select the next allowed channel and hold any attempt The Floor cannot clear. See how cadences are governed.

Thirty minutes. Trace one conversation.
We'll run a live call, work a sample docket, and show you the system refusing a call it shouldn't make.
